It’s the end of 2020 and the beginning of a new year. What a rollercoaster ride it has been, filled with many ups and downs, but we are here to stay! Our CEO, Niels would like to personally thank you for being part of our special traveler’s community and we are looking forward to a new year with all of you.
“Dear JoinMyTrip community,
What sort of year was that?? On the one hand, there were some extreme lows for many of us, and on the other hand, there have been some highs. Regardless, my team and I hope that you are healthy and that it stays that way!
COVID has made a lot of things impossible this year, first and foremost my favorite activity: traveling. Nevertheless, I haven’t given up working on our dream: to make it possible for everyone in our community to have their own personal dream trip with the right travelers.
Thank you for always supporting us as a community despite these trying times!
But to be honest, nowadays almost everyone can build a community – building a suitable community for and with the members – not many people can do that. That’s why I decided to give everyone the opportunity to not “only” give feedback, but you are invited to participate in the decision-making process and to help shape and build the community according to your own ideas. More about this in 2021!
Now, the only thing that remains is for me to thank you personally! Of course, not everything always runs smoothly on our platform.
But there is one thing you can always be sure of: we do our best and pursue the same dream as you: to explore the world together with like-minded people! So let’s hope for a better 2021!
We already have a lot of cool features planned for next year and can’t wait to share them with you to make your experience with us even better.
