How to know when you are ready and how to stay committed…
It’s not a shock that the perception of travel has changed for most of us. Now that vaccines are becoming available we are all eager than ever to take trips and go on vacations. But there is still something that is blocking us or making us feel uncomfortable. Unpredicted border closures, lockdowns and flight cancellations play a huge role in our decision to travel. But all that I can say is that our appetite to travel is stronger than ever. So here are a few of my tips to make sure you know when you are ready for your next big adventure with your travel buddies. Hey! of course with us at JoinMyTrip!
1. First and foremost, make traveling fun again
I understand, especially after a year of the pandemic, traveling feels a little stressful. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could just spontaneously pack your bags and hop on a flight with your travel buddies? Without having to feel restless! So, it’s time to mentally get out of our safe zone a.k.a our home. Given the fact how many of us have contracted the ordinary cold after a journey in the good old days. Flights have now adopted advanced filtration systems. There are ways to facilitate trips to destinations that are off beat, by avoiding crowded places, wearing masks and dining outside when the weather is favorable.

2. It will be more about quality than quantity
Like I mentioned before, traveling will be all about exploring lesser known places and experiencing these places through local communities. For me traveling is not just fun or an escape but it also is about continuous education. More so than ever, I have started to think about traveling more intentionally.
3. It will become important to get advice
We will start seeking advice from established players in the industry for the knowledge that they hold. Especially here at JoinMyTrip we care about where we send our travelers and every link to the perfect trip is an adventure of a lifetime.
So what I am trying to say is that we cannot rest from traveling. The world, as we know it, has unlimited adventures to explore. It’s open! It’s out there! Think about it? A year ago we were scared to get out to even go to the supermarket. But here we are, taking baby steps, cautiously, but nothing can be more scary than the world as we know it – undiscovered!
