Greece desperately needs a strong tourism season
Greece has always been very ambitious when it comes to its travel restrictions compared to other countries in Europe. Tourism accounts for a 5th of the Greek economy. Owing to the pandemic, now the country desperately needs a strong season this year following a collapse in visitor numbers and revenues. But now, there was no music and no dancing on Greece’s famed party island Mykonos as it’s hit by late night curfews to halt the Covid-19 spread of the disease.
Oyo raises $660 million
